Taiyuan Chemical New Materials of XX Group
As a large domestic coal producer, the Group faces severe fluctuation in raw coal quality on the main conveyor belts. Traditional manual sampling and laboratory testing suffer from significant time lag, failing to provide real-time data support for coal washing and processing. Meanwhile, variations in raw coal thickness and moisture interference lead to insufficient detection accuracy, restricting the improvement of production efficiency and economic benefits. This project has successfully verified the mature application of dual-frequency composite coal quality analysis technology in raw coal detection on main conveyor belts of coal mines. It provides a replicable and implementable benchmark solution for the intelligent upgrading of large domestic coal mines and coal washing plants. The solution effectively realizes "controlling coal quality from the source and boosting efficiency driven by data", supporting the high-quality development of the coal industry.
