This spectral detection platform is equipped with a high-resolution CMOS detection core and adopts a high-sensitivity CMOS linear array detector, achieving an ultra-high spectral resolution of ≤0.1 nm, which enables accurate fine spectral line identification and high-precision material spectral analysis. The device covers a wide spectral range of 190–1100 nm. Benefiting from optimized optical path design and low stray light performance, it maintains a high signal-to-noise ratio and delivers stable and reliable detection performance even in low-light and complex optical field environments. It comes standard with a TEC cooling system that effectively suppresses thermal noise and baseline drift, ensuring excellent spectral line stability during long-term continuous operation, making it suitable for scientific research and industrial online monitoring scenarios. This 1064 nm laser delivers a single pulse energy of up to 300 mJ with powerful energy output. It can efficiently ablate high-hardness, low-sensitivity and special-shaped difficult-to-measure materials, acquiring high-brightness and high signal-to-noise ratio spectral signals. Equipped with an energy closed-loop feedback system, it achieves energy stability of RMS ≤ 1% @ 1 h / 10 Hz with low pulse output fluctuation, greatly improving the data accuracy and repeatability for LIBS quantitative analysis, traceability detection and industrial online monitoring. The device features outstanding environmental adaptability, operating stably over a wide temperature range of -30 ℃ to +50 ℃. Built with precise temperature control and anti-vibration structure, it is well suited for complex industrial and outdoor scenarios such as vehicle-mounted applications, mining areas and production lines. It adopts an integrated design of power supply and laser, requiring no complicated commissioning. With reliable structure and easy maintenance, it is highly compatible with portable and online LIBS equipment.
