This instrument adopts Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology, and is suitable for the rapid composition analysis of various metallurgical slags in the iron and steel smelting process. It requires no complex sample preparation and can accurately detect the contents of oxides such as CaO, SiO₂, Al₂O₃, MgO, TiO₂ and Cr₂O₃ in slag within 30 seconds, enabling rapid determination of slag composition. Radiation-free and easy to maintain, the instrument improves analysis efficiency, optimizes production processes and reduces the reject rate. It is applicable to rapid slag composition inspection at the furnace front and the entire slagging process of smelting, helping iron and steel enterprises shorten smelting time and achieve high-efficiency, high-precision and intelligent steelmaking upgrading. The system is built with gas purging and extractive chamber dust removal, and is equipped with functions including automatic laser focusing, one-touch operation and detection point path planning.
